Role Purpose The Digital Marketing Specialist will drive qualified client acquisition and brand visibility for Traders’ Hub through performance marketing, SEO/SEM, paid campaigns and website analytics. The role is measured in the quality of leads that become verified, funded and active trading clients, not on clicks alone, and every activity must comply with the regulations governing the promotion of leveraged financial products. Key Responsibilities Performance Marketing and Paid Campaigns • Plan, launch, manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, display, programmatic and approved partner channels, targeting the UAE and other markets permitted under our license. • Own campaign budgets, bidding strategies, audience segmentation, remarketing and A/B testing to improve cost per lead (CPL), cost per acquisition (CPA) and cost per funded account. • Build and maintain the full-funnel view from lead to registration, KYC-approved account, first deposit and active trader, working with the Sales team to close the feedback loop on lead quality. • Develop campaign briefs and ad copy in coordination with the Content and Design teams, for both English and Arabic audiences. • Monitor competitor activity, market events and seasonality (for example major economic announcements and product launches) to time campaigns effectively. SEO and SEM • Develop and execute the SEO strategy: keyword research, on-page and technical optimization, content gap analysis, link-building and local search visibility. • Manage search engine marketing, including keyword structures, negative lists, ad extensions and quality score improvement. • Work with the Content team to produce search-optimized educational content such as trading guides, glossaries and market education pages. • Maintain bilingual (English/Arabic) SEO standards, including hreflang, schema markup and mobile performance. Website and Analytics • Own the performance of the corporate website and campaign landing pages, including conversion rate optimization, form journeys, page speed and user experience. • Implement and maintain tracking infrastructure: GA4, Google Tag Manager, ad platform pixels, conversion APIs, UTM governance and CRM integration, with full respect for user consent and data-protection requirements. • Build dashboards and deliver weekly and monthly reports covering traffic, conversions, cost metrics, funnel drop-off and return on ad spend, with clear recommendations. • Coordinate with IT and web developers on website updates, bug fixes, new landing pages and tracking changes. • Support email and CRM automation campaigns, such as onboarding, re-engagement and educational sequences, in coordination with the Sales and Client Support teams. Compliance and Governance • Ensure that all advertisements, landing pages and promotional copies carry the required risk warnings and are reviewed and approved by Compliance before going live. • Never publish or approve content that promises or implies guaranteed profits, minimizes the risks of leveraged trading, or is otherwise misleading. • Follow the advertising policies of each platform for financial products, including advertiser verification where required, and keep records of approvals and campaign materials as required by internal policy. • Handle client and lead data in line with data-protection and information-security policies. Qualifications and Governance • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, Communications or a related field. • 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in digital or performance marketing; experience in financial services, fintech, or a forex/CFD brokerage is a strong advantage. • Proven track record of managing paid budgets and improving lead quality and cost efficiency. • Fluent English required; Arabic is a strong advantage. • Google Ads, Google Analytics and Meta Blueprint certifications are an advantage. Technical Skills • Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and other major ad platforms. • GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio or similar reporting tools. • SEO tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs or Search Console. • Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing automation. • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS, A/B testing tools and CMS platforms such as WordPress. • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets. Key Competencies • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and a data-first approach to decisions. • Understanding of forex and CFD products and the traders’ journey from interest to funded account. • Strong respect for regulatory and compliance requirements in financial advertising. • Clear communicator who collaborates well with Sales, Compliance, IT and Design. • Self-driven, organised and comfortable managing multiple campaigns and deadlines. Key Performance Indicators • Number and quality of leads, measured by conversion to verified and funded accounts. • Cost per lead, cost per acquisition and cost per funded account against targets. • Return on ad spend and budget utilization. • Organic traffic growth, keyword rankings and website conversion rate. • Accuracy and timeliness of reporting. • Zero compliance breaches in digital advertising.
