About Company Boonstay Vacation Homes specializes in short-term vacation rentals, providing guests with comfortable and quality accommodation experiences. Leedwells Real Estate focuses on real estate services, including property sales, leasing, and related property solutions. We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven Graphic Designer to manage the visual content and branding requirements of both companies. The role involves creating engaging social media content, property marketing creatives, promotional campaigns, apartment photography edits, and other digital marketing materials while maintaining each company's unique brand identity Key Responsibilities 1. Creative Design & Social Media • Create 6–7 social media posts per week for assigned Instagram pages. • Design stories, ads, banners, thumbnails, Reels covers, and announcements. • Ensure all creatives are professional, engaging, and visually appealing. 2. Innovation & Creative Ideas • Suggest new design concepts, templates, branding ideas, and campaign formats monthly. • Stay updated with design trends and creative marketing practices. 3. Brand Consistency • Follow the approved logos, colors, fonts, and brand guidelines of both companies. • Maintain the distinct brand identities of Boonstay and Leedwells across all creatives. 4. Page & Campaign Support • Support the creative requirements of assigned Boon Stay vacation homes and Leedwells Real Estate social media pages. • Prepare creatives for property listings, offers, launches, recruitment, PR, and company announcements. 5. Task Management & Timely Delivery • Complete tasks within agreed deadlines and prioritize urgent requests. • Keep the task tracker updated with progress and completion status. 6. Teamwork & Professional Conduct • Coordinate with marketing, sales, and property management teams. • Incorporate management feedback and submit designs for approval when required. • Maintain professionalism, accountability, and confidentiality. Required Skills • Experience in graphic design and social media creatives. • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools. • Minimum 1 year of experience in relevant field. • Strong knowledge of photo editing, typography, layouts, and branding. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. • A relevant design portfolio is preferred. • Candidates with Real Estate and Holiday Homes experience is a plus point.
