Foreman - Finishing

Job Description: • Supervise and coordinate daily finishing works at the construction site. • Manage site workers and subcontractors to ensure work is completed according to approved drawings and specifications. • Monitor finishing activities, including plastering, tiling, painting, gypsum works, flooring, and joinery. • Ensure quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules are maintained. • Coordinate with site engineers and other trades to resolve site issues. • Inspect completed works and ensure proper workmanship. Requirements: • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Finishing Foreman in construction projects. • Experience in villa or residential projects is preferred. • Good knowledge of finishing materials, methods, and quality standards. • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings. • Strong leadership, coordination, and manpower management skills.
