Assistant Design Manager - Saudi National

About the Role We are looking for an experienced Assistant Design Manager with a strong background in Architecture to join our team and support the successful delivery of major projects. Responsibilities • Assist the Design Manager in managing and coordinating the design process across all project stages. • Coordinate with multidisciplinary design teams, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders. • Review design drawings, documents, and deliverables to ensure compliance with project requirements, quality standards, and specifications. • Support design coordination and resolve technical and design-related issues. • Monitor design progress and ensure deliverables are completed within the required project schedule. • Identify design conflicts, coordination gaps, and potential risks, and work with relevant teams to implement solutions. • Lead design coordination meetings and follow up on outstanding issues and action items. • Ensure effective communication and coordination between all design disciplines and project stakeholders. • Support the Design Manager in maintaining design quality and achieving project objectives. • Prepare design progress reports and provide regular updates on design activities and deliverables. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. Required Skills • Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience in architecture, design management, design coordination, or major development projects. • Proven experience coordinating multidisciplinary design teams, consultants, and stakeholders. • Strong knowledge of design development, technical reviews, and project delivery processes. • Excellent communication, coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight project deadlines. • Proficiency in relevant design and project management software. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to design quality and project requirements.
