Commercial Director | Hygiene & Cleaning Solutions | KSA Function: Commercial (Sales, Marketing, CRM, Business Development) Industry: Industrial Hygiene Solutions Location: Saudi Arabia Reports To: CEO Black Tie Consultancy is exclusively partnering with a market-leading hygiene and cleaning solutions company in Saudi Arabia to identify a Commercial Director. This is a senior leadership role for an executive who has built commercial teams before and can bring structure and ambition to a sales organisation in a competitive B2B market. What you’ll be doing: You’ll own the full commercial agenda across Sales, Marketing, CRM and Business Development, accountable for revenue growth, market share and how the company goes to market across the Kingdom. That covers commercial strategy, pricing, key accounts and channels, a multi-disciplinary team across several KSA locations, and the rollout of a data-driven CRM culture. What we’re looking for: 15+ years of commercial leadership, ideally in hygiene, cleaning solutions, chemicals or B2B industrial distribution A proven record of revenue growth or commercial turnaround in a product and solutions-led B2B business Experience leading Sales, Marketing and BD together under one mandate Hands-on CRM leadership: you’ve implemented or transformed one, not just used one Sector knowledge in one or more of food & beverage, healthcare, hospitality, industrial or poultry processing You’re the right fit if you: Have modernised a sales model and built a performance culture, not just inherited one Make decisions based on pipeline visibility and customer insight Are comfortable presenting at board level and managing complex client relationships Want the autonomy to build and execute your own commercial vision What makes this role different: You’ll sit at the leadership table of a well-established KSA business with a full commercial mandate, a rare level of autonomy.
