We are seeking Persian-speaking professionals with a proven sales track record, excellent client-service skills, and a strong interest in the Dubai property market. Key responsibilities • Guide clients through buying, selling, and investing in Dubai properties. • Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors. • Follow up on qualified leads and work to convert opportunities into transactions. • Arrange property viewings, consultations, and negotiations. • Stay informed about property listings, market trends, and investment opportunities. • Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business goals. Requirements • Valid UAE residence visa (mandatory). • Proven track record in real estate sales; Dubai market experience is preferred. • Fluency in Persian (Farsi) is mandatory; English proficiency is a plus. • Valid UAE driver’s license (required); personal car preferred. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Professional, self-motivated, and results-oriented attitude.
