The Salesperson will assist customers in selecting products, provide accurate information about features and pricing, and ensure a friendly, efficient buying experience. Daily tasks include greeting customers, answering questions, processing transactions, handling cash or electronic payments, and keeping the sales area clean, organized, and well-stocked. The role also involves monitoring inventory levels, preparing product displays, and supporting promotional activities to increase sales. The Salesperson will collaborate with the team to meet sales targets, follow company policies, and maintain high standards of customer service. Qualifications • Strong customer service skills, including active listening, clear communication, and a helpful, professional attitude toward all customers. • Sales and retail abilities such as product presentation, upselling or cross-selling, and basic knowledge of sales techniques. • Basic numeracy and cash-handling skills, with the ability to operate point-of-sale systems and manage transactions accurately. • Organizational skills to maintain a tidy sales area, manage stock on shelves, and support inventory checks. • Ability to work on-site in Hamad Town, stand for extended periods, and handle a fast-paced retail environment. • Prior experience in retail or customer-facing roles is an advantage but not always required. • High school diploma or equivalent educational background preferred. • Dependable time management, willingness to work shifts, and a collaborative mindset to support team goals.
