Job Description: • Supervise daily receiving, storage, material handling and dispatch activities, ensuring efficient warehouse operations and timely material availability for production. • Maintain accurate stock records, conduct regular cycle counts and stock reconciliations, investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions. • Manage warehouse transactions using SAP, prepare inventory reports, monitor warehouse KPIs and identify opportunities to improve stock accuracy and operational efficiency. • Supervise warehouse personnel, ensure proper material handling and storage practices, and maintain high standards of housekeeping, workplace safety and compliance. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related discipline. • Minimum 5 years of warehouse and inventory management experience, preferably within paper manufacturing, FMCG or other industrial manufacturing environments, including supervisory experience. • Hands-on SAP experience is essential, particularly warehouse transactions, inventory management, stock reconciliation and reporting.
