Regional Sales Manager

EDMP is hiring: Regional Sales Manager Employment Type: Permanent | Full-Time Work Mode: On-Site Location: JAFZA, Dubai, UAE Join EDMP and help accelerate the digital transformation of utilities across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager with a strong background in Smart Metering, AMI, Smart Grid, Utility Software, or Energy Infrastructure. This is an opportunity to work with governments, utilities, EPC contractors, system integrators, and technology partners, delivering innovative solutions that modernize electricity, water, and gas networks. Candidates with relevant experience across Europe, North & South America, Australia & New Zealand, or Africa will be highly preferred. Key Responsibilities: • Drive business development across the EMEA region. • Lead sales of Smart Electricity, Water & Gas Metering Solutions. • Promote GridLynk HES, MDMS, CIS, Billing, STS Prepayment, Vending, Asset • Management, Mobile Workforce, and Utility Software Solutions. • Develop relationships with utilities, ministries, regulators, EPC contractors, consultants, distributors, and strategic partners. • Lead public and private sector tenders from opportunity identification through contract award. • Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and close strategic infrastructure projects. • Identify new markets and establish long-term customer partnerships. • Work closely with the CEO, technical teams, and product specialists to deliver customer-focused solutions. • Represent EDMP at international exhibitions, conferences, and industry events. • Achieve ambitious sales targets while contributing to the company's long-term growth strategy. What We’re Looking For? • 7–12 years of successful B2B sales experience in Smart Metering, AMI, Smart Grid, Utilities, Renewable Energy, Power Distribution, or Utility Software. • Proven experience selling to utility companies, government entities, or large infrastructure customers. • Strong understanding of electricity, water, or gas metering technologies and utility digitalization. • Experience managing complex, high-value sales cycles and international tenders. • Excellent commercial negotiation and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to travel internationally across the EMEA region. • Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-growing international environment.
