Office Clerk & Executive Assistant – Dubai Omnisage LLC is an AI and Machine Learning company building intelligence systems that support people-related decision-making. We are opening our new Dubai office and looking for an Office Clerk & Executive Assistant to help us launch it. Our product, Scovai, is a talent intelligence platform that evaluates and selects talent through psychometric assessments, cognitive profiling, and a certified Talent Passport, in full compliance with the EU AI Act. We are a small, intentionally unconventional team: a few people working alongside a squad of Digital Employees. As the backbone of the Dubai office, you will be the go-to person who keeps everything running smoothly each day, while giving direct operational support to our senior leadership, including the CEO and COO. You will: • Organize schedules and priorities for top management • Handle communications and documentation • Coordinate office logistics • Bring structure to the team's daily workflow This role is especially well suited to someone early in their career who wants to grow in close contact with leadership at a fast-moving AI company. You will see strategic decisions up close, work with real autonomy, and help shape the processes and culture of a brand-new office. You are organized, discreet, and proactive, with native-level Tagalog and fluent English. You bring order and precision to a dynamic, international environment. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds. What matters most to us is your attitude and potential, not the traditional path that brought you here. Manage the Dubai office end-to-end, including supplies, facilities, vendors and reception Provide day-to-day administrative and personal support to C-level executives, including the CEO and COO Manage executive calendars and schedule internal and external meetings Handle correspondence and emails on behalf of executives with discretion and professionalism Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including bookings and itineraries Prepare reports and presentations for leadership and meetings Organize company events and meetings, and maintain filing systems and documentation Liaise with building management and external service providers to keep the office running smoothly Nice to have • Previous work experience in the UAE • Knowledge of UAE business etiquette • Experience supporting C-suite executives • Experience with reception and vendor management in a start-up or international office Show more Show less
