Procurement & Project Sourcing Executive

Responsibilities: • Manage PR, RFQ, supplier sourcing, quotation comparison and negotiation. • Handle both recurring and project-based procurement across different categories. • Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, lead time & commercial terms. • Prepare and coordinate POs, contracts and procurement documentation. • Follow up supplier orders, production and delivery schedules. • Coordinate with Logistics on delivery requirements, cargo information and timelines. • Monitor supplier performance, procurement costs and delivery status. • Identify cost-saving opportunities and procurement risks. • Maintain supplier database, procurement records and trackers. Qualifications: • 2–5 years of procurement/purchasing experience. • Strong sourcing, negotiation and supplier management skills. • Good commercial and cost-control awareness. • Strong documentation and communication skills. • Chinese (Mandarin) proficiency is an advantage. • Construction/project procurement experience is an advantage. • Organized, practical and able to manage multiple requirements. Role Highlights: Responsible for managing day-to-day and project-based procurement activities, from sourcing and quotation evaluation through negotiation, supplier selection, PO/contract issuance and delivery follow-up. The role will support a broad range of procurement categories, including equipment, materials, products, services and other business requirements, while working closely with internal teams and the Logistics & Warehouse Coordinator to ensure procurement and delivery are properly aligned.
