LinkedIn Job Post – Program Manager, Network Losses (1-Year Contract) 🚀 Hiring: Program Manager – Network Losses (1-Year Contract) 📍 Location: UAE 📅 Expected Joining: Mid-November Are you passionate about solving complex operational challenges and driving measurable business impact? We are looking for a Program Manager – Network Losses to lead initiatives focused on reducing operational losses across a large-scale supply chain network. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Product, Transportation, and Process Excellence teams to identify root causes of losses and implement sustainable solutions that improve efficiency, customer experience, and profitability. Key Responsibilities ✅ Develop a deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain and operational processes. ✅ Analyze operational data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for loss reduction. ✅ Drive corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives related to: • Shrinkage • Damages • Fulfillment Center (FC) losses • Concessions • Other operational waste streams ✅ Standardize metrics, SOPs, and operational processes across multiple markets. ✅ Lead implementation of operational and product solutions that eliminate losses and improve performance. ✅ Partner with multiple stakeholders including Operations, Transportation, Product, Customer Service, Safety & Loss Prevention, and Business teams. ✅ Track impact, measure results, and present recommendations to leadership. Basic Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. • 3+ years of people management and performance management experience. • 1+ years of experience in process improvement, performance metrics, Lean methodologies, or operational excellence. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Experience managing projects and driving cross-functional initiatives. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment. • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, nights, and holidays when required.
