Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering Society of Engineers (SOE) card and Practice Certificate are Mandatory Job Summary: We are looking for a Civil Engineer with Dubai Municipality approval and proven experience in G+5/G+6 building projects to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in civil and structural construction, site execution, and project coordination, with a good understanding of UAE construction standards and Dubai Municipality requirements. Key Responsibilities • Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications. • Monitor civil and structural construction works to ensure quality and timely completion. • Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams. • Review drawings, BOQs, material submittals, and method statements. • Monitor project progress, construction schedules, and site requirements. • Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations, HSE standards, and quality procedures. • Conduct site inspections and coordinate the resolution of technical and construction issues. • Ensure proper execution of works in accordance with approved designs and specifications. • Prepare and maintain site reports and relevant project documentation. • Support the project team in resolving technical and site-related issues.
