Civil Engineer - Dubai Municipality Approved

📍 Location: Dubai, UAE 💼 Employment Type: Full-Time ⏳ Experience: 3–5 Years UAE/GCC Experience Salary : AED 9000 - 10000 pm We are looking for a Civil Engineer with Dubai Municipality approval and hands-on experience in G+5/G+6 building projects to join our team in Dubai. 🔹 Key Responsibilities • Supervise daily civil and structural site activities as per approved drawings and specifications. • Monitor construction progress, quality, and project schedules. • Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams. • Review drawings, BOQs, material submittals, and method statements. • Conduct site inspections and resolve technical and construction-related issues. • Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality requirements, HSE standards, and quality procedures. • Prepare site reports and maintain project documentation. • Support the project team in ensuring timely and quality project delivery. 🔹 Requirements ✅ Dubai Municipality Approved Civil Engineer ✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering ✅ 3–5 years of UAE/GCC civil construction experience ✅ Mandatory: Experience in G+5/G+6 building projects ✅ Strong knowledge of civil and structural construction works ✅ Good understanding of UAE construction standards and Dubai Municipality requirements ✅ Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, BOQs, and technical documents ✅ Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills Show more Show less
