About The Role We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team in the role of Project Manager. Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 are highly desirable. Candidates must have a minimum of 8 years of experience in project management within the construction or engineering industry, with a proven track record of managing large and complex projects. Strong knowledge of project management software, budgeting, and scheduling tools is essential. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are required to effectively manage diverse teams and stakeholder expectations. Fluency in English is mandatory, and proficiency in Arabic is an advantage. Responsibilities • Lead and coordinate all phases of project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation. • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards across all project activities. • Manage project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely and efficient project delivery. • Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior management. • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions. • Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners. • Ensure all project documentation is accurate, complete, and maintained according to company policies. • Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, promoting continuous improvement and innovation.
