Jumeirah Burj Al Arab is hiring through Hosco in Dubai. Deliver polished table service in a luxury hotel restaurant, from greeting and menu guidance through to dessert, coffee, and farewell. Know the menu, allergens, and wine-by-the-glass list well enough to recommend with confidence. Coordinate with the kitchen and bar so timing stays tight during breakfast, lunch, and dinner sittings. Keep the station reset, handle special requests calmly, and recover small service misses before the guest has to ask twice. Support the supervisor on larger parties and VIP tables. This role is for a waiter, waitress, or server who already works at a high guest-facing standard and wants a flagship hotel restaurant. Recent waiter or waitress experience in a restaurant or hotel dining room. Menu knowledge, guest-first manners, and the ability to work a full sitting without losing accuracy.
