Group Chief Accountant

We’re Hiring: Chief Accountant Location: Umm Al Quwain (UAQ), UAE | Immediate Joiners Only Salary: 15000 AED + Benefits + Housing Cosurger Global Partners is hiring on behalf of a reputed Group of Companies in UAQ. We’re looking for an experienced finance leader to head the accounts function and serve as the main finance contact for investors. Key Responsibilities • Lead, mentor and review the work of a team of 7 accountants • Prepare and present financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annual) to management and investors • Handle investor communication, reporting and financial queries • Drive budgeting, forecasting and cash flow planning across group entities • Manage group consolidation, intercompany reconciliations and month-end / year-end closing • Ensure compliance with IFRS, UAE VAT and UAE Corporate Tax regulations • Coordinate external and internal audits • Strengthen internal controls, policies and financial SOPs • Oversee banking relationships, treasury and working capital management • Provide MIS reports and financial analysis to support management decisions Requirements • CA Inter or fully qualified CA • Minimum 15 years of experience in the UAE, with a Group of Companies background • Proven experience leading a finance team • Fluent in English and Urdu • Immediate joiners only Key Skills • Financial reporting and IFRS • Group consolidation and intercompany accounting • Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis • Investor relations and board-level presentations • UAE VAT and Corporate Tax compliance • Audit management and internal controls • Cash flow, treasury and banking • Cost control and profitability analysis • ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Tally / Zoho) and advanced Excel • Team leadership and stakeholder management Interested?
