Senior Product Manager We are partnering with a leading financial services organisation in the UAE to appoint an experienced Senior Product Manager to drive the development and growth of its retail financial products. Key Responsibilities: • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from strategy and development through to launch and optimisation. • Drive product innovation, digital transformation and customer experience improvements. • Work closely with technology, digital, risk and commercial teams to deliver new products and enhancements. • Analyse market trends, customer behaviour and product performance to identify growth opportunities. • Develop product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and customer needs. What We're Looking For: • Strong product management experience within banking or financial services. • Proven experience managing retail financial products, ideally across digital banking, deposits, lending or payments. • Experience delivering customer-centric digital products and working with cross-functional teams. • Strong commercial awareness, stakeholder management and analytical skills. • Experience within the UAE or wider GCC financial services market would be advantageous. 45K AED P/M 📩 Interested?
