A financial services company specialising in CFD trading is looking for a product manager to join their product team and drive the development of their trading platforms. This is a hands on, delivery focused role for someone as comfortable discussing backend logic with engineers as they are shaping product direction. This is not a roadmap only or ceremony driven position, as you'll work at system level, defining the rules, calculations and edge cases that make our platforms work, and supporting engineering teams through every stage of delivery. You'll own product initiatives end to end, from discovery through delivery and post launch optimisation. Day to day, you'll translate trading requirements into clear, implementable specifications, defining backend behaviour, workflows, acceptance criteria and the edge cases others might miss. You'll work closely with engineering to validate technical assumptions, estimates and implementation approaches, and partner with compliance, operations, marketing and data teams to make sure what we build is sound, compliant and valuable to clients. Using KPIs and data driven insights, you'll track performance and continuously improve the functionality, stability and experience of their platforms. To succeed, you'll bring solid product management experience with strong technical exposure, and a proven track record working alongside backend and frontend engineering teams on complex, data-driven web or mobile products. You'll understand how trading platforms operate, including orders, pricing, execution, balances and fees, and be able to break complex business requirements down into precise technical specifications. You don't need to code, but you must be able to reason through technical problems and product logic independently and speak confidently about system behaviour, dependencies and trade offs. Experience with regulated financial products, analytics or experimentation frameworks, launching or scaling platforms, and web or mobile architectures would be a real advantage. In return, the role pays up to 28k AED per month. There is a benefits package included. Show more Show less
