Senior Infrastructure & Network Lead

IFE is looking for an experienced Senior Infrastructure & Network Lead with strong hands-on expertise in enterprise IT infrastructure, networking, security, and multi-vendor technologies to lead technical delivery and support complex enterprise environments. Key Requirements: • Microsoft Infrastructure & Cloud: Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Exchange, File Server, Windows Server, Azure, and Microsoft 365 E5. • Networking & Security: Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, F5, and enterprise networking technologies. • Backup & Recovery: Commvault and related enterprise backup solutions. • Collaboration: Cisco Unified Communications and Collaboration solutions. • Technical Expertise: Strong L2/L3 troubleshooting, incident management, problem resolution, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA). • Solution Design: Ability to design, implement, manage, and optimize complex multi-vendor enterprise environments. Lead technical delivery and support complex enterprise IT environments; design, implement, manage, and optimize multi-vendor enterprise infrastructure; troubleshoot L2/L3 issues, manage incidents, resolve problems, perform RCA; ensure integration of Microsoft Infrastructure & Cloud, networking/security, backup/recovery, and collaboration solutions.
