About the role

Responsibilities • Lead technical operations for Infrastructure Maintenance & Managed Services across servers, operating systems, virtualization, networks, security, storage, backup, and monitoring. • Lead technical escalations for critical incidents, coordinate troubleshooting, and ensure root-cause analysis and corrective actions are completed. • Coordinate infrastructure maintenance, upgrades, migrations, patches, and production changes, including impact assessments, risk reviews, testing, and rollback plans. • Monitor infrastructure availability, performance, capacity, and SLA compliance, identifying operational risks and improvement opportunities. • Coordinate with technical teams, service desk, application teams, and vendors to resolve issues and maintain service continuity. • Lead technical coordination for disaster recovery, service restoration, and major infrastructure incidents. • Maintain technical documentation, operating procedures, and knowledge-transfer materials. • Support infrastructure lifecycle and capacity planning, service improvements, and transition activities. • Participate in on-call support and respond to critical incidents when required. Requirements • BSc. degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field. • 8+ Yrs. of experience in IT Infrastructure & Operations, including technical leadership on large managed-services projects. • Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, networking, storage, backup, disaster recovery, and monitoring. • Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, risk assessment, and technical coordination skills. • Knowledge of ITIL practices, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management. • ITIL or equivalent service-management certification. • Proficiency in Arabic and English. • Ability to work onsite in Riyadh, meet agreed SLAs, and participate in on-call support. Requirements

BSc. degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

8+ Yrs. of experience in IT Infrastructure & Operations, including technical leadership on large managed-services projects.

Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, networking, storage, backup, disaster recovery, and monitoring.

Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, risk assessment, and technical coordination skills.

Knowledge of ITIL practices, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management.

ITIL or equivalent service-management certification.

Proficiency in Arabic and English.

Ability to work onsite in Riyadh, meet agreed SLAs, and participate in on-call support.
