We are seeking professionals with knowledge of the UAE property market, excellent communication skills, and experience in residential property sales, off-plan projects, or leasing. Candidates with Russian or Arabic language proficiency are particularly encouraged to apply, as these skills support communication with our diverse client base. Key Responsibilities • Assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties in Dubai. • Manage property inquiries and conduct property viewings. • Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors. • Generate leads and follow up with prospective clients. • Present off-plan and secondary market property opportunities. • Negotiate property transactions and coordinate with relevant stakeholders. • Maintain accurate client information and sales activity in the CRM. • Work towards individual and team sales targets. Qualifications and Skills • Minimum 6 months of UAE real estate experience. • Knowledge of Dubai's property market. • Experience in off-plan sales, secondary market transactions, or leasing. • Good communication and negotiation skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong client relationship management skills. • Russian or Arabic language proficiency is preferred for client-facing communication. • RERA certification is an advantage.
