Event Operations Manager – Racing Simulators

PREMOSIM | Full-time | Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai PREMOSIM rents and operates full-motion racing simulators, made in Germany, for corporate events, exhibitions, malls and public venues across the United Arab Emirates. We are looking for an Operations Manager to run our simulators at events and locations across the country. What you will do • Organise transport of the simulators to each location: drive the company or your own car with a trailer, or coordinate a transport company • Set up and coordinate the booth at each location, and set up and dismantle the simulators • Connect, test and run the simulators, software and live leaderboard, and solve technical problems on the spot • Give every driver a safety briefing and supervise the rides • Book, brief and lead freelance hosts and helpers for each event • Coordinate logistics with event organisers and venues, and prepare the venue paperwork (contractor registration, risk assessment, method statement) • Take payments and report daily sales and cash • Take responsibility for maintenance: run regular checks, keep the maintenance log, and organise repairs with the manufacturer and service providers What you bring • Experience in events or promotions, plus hands-on technical skills (audio-visual, IT or similar) • Very good English • A valid United Arab Emirates driving licence and confidence driving with a trailer • You are currently in the United Arab Emirates • You are organised and reliable, calm under pressure, and good with people • You are comfortable with physical work What we offer • Fixed salary plus commission • Employment visa and medical insurance • Phone costs reimbursed • Six days a week with Monday off and flexible hours; events often run in the evenings and at weekends Apply here on LinkedIn with your CV.
