Role Description Engineer will work on-site in Qalali, Muharraq, in a full-time capacity. Level One is seeking an experienced Construction Chemicals Engineer to support and develop our construction chemicals business in Bahrain. This vacancy is strictly for candidates currently residing in Bahrain with proven, directly relevant experience in construction chemicals. Candidate must demonstrate: • Practical technical experience in waterproofing, concrete repair, protective coatings, industrial flooring, screeds, and cementitious systems. • The ability to assess site conditions, identify technical problems, and recommend suitable products and application methods. • Experience preparing technical proposals, material submittals, method statements, BOQs, and quantity calculations. • The ability to conduct site inspections, product demonstrations, and technical presentations to consultants, contractors, and clients. • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage technical enquiries and project follow-ups independently. Qualifications • A degree in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a closely related discipline, with over 2 years of experience. • Proven track record working with established construction chemical manufacturers or their authorized distributors. • Candidates should possess strong analytical skills for problem-solving, performance evaluation, and data interpretation. • Candidates should possess solid knowledge and experience in the chemical industry, particularly construction chemicals and building materials. • Proficiency in English and Arabic Please note: This is a highly specialized role.
