Senior Intellectual Property Specialist (IP-Legal)

We are looking for Senior IP Specialist to manage the company’s trademark portfolio and protect its intellectual property locally and internationally. Key Responsibilities: * Manage local and international trademark portfolios, including registrations, renewals, oppositions, and cancellations. * Handle trademark enforcement matters, assess available options and evidence, and recommend appropriate action. * Coordinate with foreign legal counsel and trademark agents. * Independently manage IP records, deadlines, and costs. * Ensure compliance with applicable Saudi and international intellectual property laws and requirements. * Conduct trademark searches to identify potential conflicts and advise on brand protection. Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Law or an equivalent recognized legal qualification, master’s degree in Intellectual Property is preferred. * More than 6 years of relevant practical legal or IP experience, including substantial international trademark portfolio and enforcement work. * Experience protecting consumer brands in the food or retail sector and using IP management systems is preferred particularly within the restaurant sector. * Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic Show more Show less
