Lead Cybersecurity Specialist

Required qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, IT or equivalent • 5–6 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity engineering • CompTIA Security+, CCNA and CCNP certifications • Hands-on experience in IT infrastructure and network security • Knowledge of NCA frameworks (ECC, Data Cybersecurity Controls, IT Governance, BCM) and PDPL • Familiarity with audit and compliance reporting and IT risk management Skills: • Cybersecurity architecture and security engineering • Firewalls, VPN, IDS/IPS • SIEM design and detection tuning • EDR/XDR • DLP and encryption • IAM, PAM, MFA, SSO • Vulnerability assessment and penetration testing • Cloud security (Microsoft 365, Azure) • Incident response and root cause analysis • Risk management • Security audits and compliance • Communication and technical leadership Show more Show less
