Gaming Strategy & Activation A leading Saudi non-profit foundation is bringing in a Head of Gaming to lead its gaming strategy and initiatives from Riyadh. You'll define new areas of focus, open doors across the local and international gaming ecosystem, and take every initiative from strategy through to activation. Scope Lead the foundation's gaming strategy and portfolio of initiatives, working closely with the internal team to shape and develop new areas of focus. Turn strategy into concrete programs — building the plans, business cases, and delivery roadmaps that carry each initiative from concept through activation and delivery. Build and manage partnerships across the local and international gaming ecosystem, engaging senior industry stakeholders to unlock collaboration and impact. Act as the foundation's senior gaming voice internally and externally, setting priorities with leadership while staying hands-on in execution. This is a leadership seat with real delivery ownership — you'll set the direction and make it happen. Requirements • 15–20+ years of relevant experience, with deep experience specifically within the gaming industry • Previous leadership roles within gaming • Track record developing and establishing gaming strategies, initiatives, and new areas of focus • Strong network across the local and international gaming ecosystem, with experience building partnerships and engaging senior industry stakeholders • Deep understanding of the gaming ecosystem, key players, and market dynamics • Strong balance of strategic leadership and hands-on execution Show more Show less
