Interface Manager - SEC

Responsible for managing technical, engineering and construction interfaces between the project, SEC, consultants, contractors, subcontractors and internal disciplines, ensuring timely resolution of interface issues and smooth project execution. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage all project interfaces with SEC/client, consultants and contractors. • Develop and maintain the Interface Management Plan, Interface Register and Interface Matrix. • Identify, document and track technical, engineering, construction and commissioning interfaces. • Coordinate interfaces between Electrical, Civil, Protection & Control, SCADA, Telecom, T&C and other project disciplines. • Act as the primary coordination point for SEC-related technical and project interface matters. • Arrange and lead regular interface coordination meetings with SEC and project stakeholders. • Track interface actions, approvals, comments and commitments to ensure timely closure. • Coordinate engineering and construction deliverables requiring SEC review and approval. • Identify potential interface risks, conflicts and delays and develop mitigation plans. • Ensure approved SEC requirements, specifications, drawings and standards are communicated to relevant project teams. • Coordinate site inspections, testing, commissioning, energization and handover interfaces with SEC. • Support resolution of technical clarifications, RFIs, design changes and site issues. • Monitor interface-related milestones and escalate critical issues to project management. • Maintain proper records of interface communications, approvals, MOMs and action trackers. • Coordinate with Planning, Commercial and Project Controls teams on interface-related schedule and cost impacts. • Ensure compliance with project HSE, quality and contractual requirements.
