Hiring: Property Manager – Dammam, Saudi Arabia We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to oversee property operations, maintenance, tenant relations, and facility management in Dammam. Key Responsibilities: • Manage day-to-day operations of residential and commercial properties. • Handle tenant relations, lease agreements, renewals, and rental collections. • Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, inspections, and service providers. • Monitor occupancy rates, rental income, operating expenses, and property performance. • Ensure properties comply with applicable regulations, safety standards, and company policies. • Manage maintenance teams, contractors, and external vendors. • Address tenant complaints and resolve operational issues promptly. • Prepare periodic reports on property operations, maintenance costs, and financial performance. • Ensure properties are well-maintained and deliver a high standard of service to tenants.
