Commercial Operations Manager

Job Description Position: Commercial & Operations Manager Department: Commercial & Operations Reports To: CEO – SEE Properties Job Purpose To manage and oversee the company's commercial activities, including property sales, leasing, and operations, while maximizing revenue, improving occupancy, and ensuring efficient property management. Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement sales and leasing strategies to achieve revenue and occupancy targets. • Oversee property sales, leasing negotiations, client acquisition, and contract management. • Manage day-to-day property operations, maintenance, and tenant relations. • Identify new business/ sales opportunities and drive commercial growth. • Monitor sales performance, rental income, occupancy rates, and operational costs. • Manage relationships with clients, tenants, brokers, and business partners. • Supervise and lead sales, leasing, and operations teams. • Prepare budgets, performance reports, and business improvement plans. • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant real estate regulations. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field. • Minimum 7 years of experience in real estate sales, leasing, and property operations. • At least 3 years of managerial or team leadership experience. • Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market and property management. • Proven track record in achieving sales and leasing targets. • Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and business development skills. • Strong commercial awareness and financial management capabilities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant property management or CRM systems. • Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
