Fire & Life Safety (FLS) Engineer

About the role MAZ Engineering Consultants is seeking a qualified Fire & Life Safety (FLS) Engineer to support FLS design and site supervision, coordinate with relevant authorities, and ensure project compliance with applicable codes and requirements. Key responsibilities • Review FLS drawings, specifications, and technical submittals. • Conduct site inspections and supervise FLS-related works. • Coordinate with Civil Defense and follow up on requirements, approvals, and procedures. • Prepare inspection reports and track site observations through to closure. • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and project teams. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Fire & Life Safety (FLS), Safety Engineering. • 0-4 years of relevant FLS experience. • Practical experience with Civil Defense requirements and procedures. • Able to travel to project sites as required. • Valid SCE Engineer classification. • Knowledge of applicable Saudi codes and NFPA standards is preferred.
