Marketing Manager

About the Role Arkan Marketing Services is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead marketing for a fashion e-commerce business. This hands-on role requires strong fashion judgement, creative ideas, and the ability to turn plans into campaigns that improve brand presentation, customer engagement, and sales. Key Responsibilities • Assess current marketing, identify gaps, and develop clear monthly priorities and campaign plans. • Develop campaign concepts for product launches, new arrivals, restocks and seasonal promotions. • Establish a consistent creative direction across social media, advertising, website presentation and customer communications. • Direct social media, paid advertising, photography and video activity through clear briefs, responsibilities and deadlines. • Review and approve creative work, require improvements and maintain consistent quality. • Coordinate campaign launches across social media, paid advertising, the website, email and WhatsApp. • Use sales performance, customer insights and stock availability to guide campaign priorities. • Review results, implement improvements and maintain clear weekly progress and action reports. Qualifications • Proven hands-on marketing management experience in fashion retail, accessories, jewellery or fashion e-commerce. • A strong portfolio of relevant campaigns you personally developed, showing your contribution and results. • Strong fashion judgement, visual storytelling, product positioning and copywriting skills. • Experience directing creative teams and managing campaigns from concept through delivery. • Ability to interpret commercial and marketing data and turn findings into practical actions. • Strong English communication skills; Arabic content and copywriting skills are an advantage. • Available to join immediately How to Apply Send your CV, portfolio, and two relevant campaign examples to [email protected] with the subject line “Marketing Manager”. • Briefly explain your contribution, the results achieved, and your earliest joining date.
