E-commerce Executive

About the Role We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Executive to improve website performance and manage email and WhatsApp marketing for a fashion e-commerce business. The role requires practical ideas, independent execution, and strong follow-through. Key Responsibilities • Improve website presentation, homepage content, collections and product visibility. • Identify website improvements, prepare clear briefs and follow changes through to completion. • Maintain campaign pages, promotional placements and website content. • Review the shopping journey and implement improvements to navigation and conversion. • Set up and manage email and WhatsApp marketing tools. • Build, test and launch campaigns for new arrivals, restocks, promotions and customer reactivation. • Develop customer segments and automated marketing journeys. • Analyze website and campaign performance and implement practical improvements. Qualifications • Proven e-commerce experience in fashion retail or fashion e-commerce is essential. • Hands-on experience with website merchandising and e-commerce platforms. • Direct experience building email and WhatsApp campaigns, including segmentation and automation. • Ability to analyze website traffic, conversion, sales and campaign results. • Strong Arabic and English communication skills. • Ability to independently identify opportunities, execute improvements and follow up on results. • Ready to join immediately in Qatar.
