Oracle Solutions Architect Location: Abu Dhabi Salary: AED 26,000 - 30,000/- + insurance Duration: 1 year contract My client in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Oracle Solutions Architect to oversee application support, service delivery, enhancements, and vendor performance across the organization. This is a client-side techno-functional role focused on functional oversight, business requirements, service governance, and ensuring the Oracle support partner delivers effective solutions aligned with business needs. Key Responsibilities • Manage support intake, ticket triage, prioritization, escalations, and unresolved issues within a live Oracle Fusion environment. • Oversee application support across Financials, Procurement and/or HCM. • Apply functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion configuration, OTBI, BI Publisher, workflows, FBDI, integrations, and customizations to analyze issues and assess solutions. • Govern enhancements from requirements gathering and solution review through UAT, business acceptance, and release. • Challenge vendor solutions, effort estimates, timelines, and commercial quotations to ensure quality and value for money. • Monitor SLAs, recurring issues, service quality, and vendor performance. • Act as the key interface between business stakeholders, internal IT teams, and the Oracle support partner. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline. • Minimum 8 years of relevant ERP or enterprise application experience. • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, particularly Financials, Procurement and/or HCM. • Proven experience in live application support, functional analysis, incident management, and vendor escalation. • Practical exposure to Oracle Fusion reporting, configuration, workflows, integrations, and enhancements. • Experience in requirements clarification, UAT governance, business acceptance, and vendor management. • Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills. • Oracle Fusion and ITIL certifications are advantageous.
