Business Continuity Management Expert

Location: Doha, Qatar We are seeking an experienced Business Continuity Management Expert (Expert / Lead) to join a large-scale eHealth programme. THE ROLE Own enterprise business-continuity, disaster-recovery and crisis-management programmes that protect critical healthcare and technology services across facilities, data centres and operational teams. REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor’s degree, supported by substantial continuing education in the field. • Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in business continuity management (BCM), disaster recovery, DR testing and crisis management. • BCM certification such as ISO 22301, CBCI, CBCP or equivalent (mandatory). • Strong understanding of ISO, NIST and relevant compliance frameworks. • Proven development of enterprise BCPs, DR plans, business impact analyses (BIAs), risk assessments, exercises and crisis communications. KEY SKILLS • Business impact analysis, RTO, RPO and recovery strategies • Enterprise BCP and technology DR planning • Scenario design, tabletop exercises, simulations and technical recovery tests • Crisis-management structures and communications • Data-centre, cloud, network and application continuity • Third-party, supply-chain and facilities continuity • Regulatory and audit evidence; steering-committee reporting • Training, awareness and continual improvement PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • Business continuity leadership in the healthcare sector • ISO 22301 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor certification • Experience with multi-site hospitals and large-scale digital-health services • Cyber-resilience and ransomware-recovery planning HOW TO APPLY Please apply directly through this LinkedIn job posting.
