Head of Internal Audit

Head of Internal Audit Purpose: Head of Internal Audit is responsible for setting internal audit guidelines, overseeing audit planning and execution, and ensuring regulatory compliance and risk-based assurance to protect organizational integrity and drive operational improvement across StadiumCo. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute a risk-based internal audit strategy and annual plan • Provide independent assurance on governance, risk management, and internal controls • Lead financial, operational, and compliance audits across all functions • Evaluate control effectiveness and identify risks, gaps, and inefficiencies • Audit third-party and outsourced operations for compliance and performance • Oversee fraud risk assessments and investigations, where required • Ensure alignment with laws, regulations, and internal policies • Track and report on implementation of audit findings and corrective actions • Prepare and present audit reports and key risk insights to senior management and Board/Audit Committee • Drive continuous improvement in controls, processes, and risk management practices • Lead and develop the internal audit team Education Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting or a related field is required.
