Solution Analyst

About the Role We’re seeking a banking Solution Analyst for a 12-month engagement. This is an onsite position based in Riyadh. Responsibilities • Gather and analyse requirements with business stakeholders. • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications. • Analyse business requirement documents and break requirements into solutions. • Contribute to preparing and validating low-level designs. • Support solution design, integrations, testing, and implementation. • Work with APIs, system architecture, payment systems, and core banking platforms. • Prepare clear documentation and support alignment between business and technology teams. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Required Skills • Background in solution or business analysis in banking. • Knowledge of payment systems and core banking platforms. • Experience with requirements gathering, BRD/SRD documentation, and functional analysis. • Exposure to low-level design and development environments. • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills. • Fluent English; Arabic is preferred. • Experience in the KSA banking sector is an advantage.
