Role Description The Marketing Agency Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah. This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client objectives. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating internal teams, preparing proposals and briefs, monitoring campaign performance, and communicating updates and insights to clients. The Account Manager will oversee project timelines and budgets, support sales and lead generation efforts, and identify opportunities to grow client relationships. The role also involves participating in client meetings, gathering feedback, and ensuring a high standard of client service and satisfaction. Qualifications • Strong account management skills, including client relationship building and retention • Excellent communication skills for presenting, reporting, and coordinating with clients and internal teams • Experience in sales and lead generation within a marketing or agency environment • Proficient project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines • Background in marketing, advertising, or related field; agency experience is an advantage • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline • Ability to work on-site in Jeddah and collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with marketing performance metrics and reporting tools • High level of organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving capability Show more Show less
