Manager (Accounting) | Qatari Nationals

We are seeking a talented and driven Manager - Accounting to join a leading organization in Qatar. This role is ideal for experienced accounting professionals looking to take the next step in their career and contribute to financial governance, reporting excellence, and strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities • Lead and oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. • Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, financial policies, and regulatory requirements. • Manage the general ledger, budgeting, financial reporting, and account reconciliations. • Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and key accounting controls. • Coordinate internal and external audits and support the implementation of audit recommendations. • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business and management decisions. • Review and enhance accounting processes, controls, and reporting efficiency. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting. • Lead, mentor, and develop accounting team members. Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent is preferred. • Minimum of 6-10 years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities. • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and accounting standards. • Experience working with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications. • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
