Senior HSE Supervisor

Job Responsibilities :- • Implement HSE Procedures on site. • Perform HSE auditing on site. • Participate in management meetings with the site management to keep them updated on HSE matters • Participate in the investigations for HSE incidents • Conduct HSE trainings & TBT • Review and approve HSE permits. • Implement the Hazard Reporting, Action Tracking Register and Scorecard for the site. • Implement HSE Management Systems and procedures on site. • Prepare Risk Assessments and recommend corrective actions. • Conduct routine inspections related to (scaffolding / electrical / cranes etc.) • Improve the contractors’ safety awareness. • Inspect the fire fighting and protection equipment in the plant • Ensure positive relation with the clients’ HSE team. • Resolve any complaints from the client related to HSE issues. • Update the monthly HSE scorecard.
