Delivery Representative

1. JOB PURPOSE: To provide reliable and courteous transportation service to customers with safety a top priority; to act as a peer counselor; to provide a communication link between customers and staff; to operate and maintain assigned vehicle(s); and to maintain vehicle and customer records. 2. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Operates assigned vehicle in a safe and courteous manner; • Provides a communication link between customers and staff • Serves as a positive role model while providing transportation service • Performs minor maintenance tasks on assigned vehicle(s) as required • Maintains accurate, up-to-date records on trip sheets, customer transportation forms, vehicle maintenance, fuel purchases, incident reports, accident reports, vehicle condition reports and other records that are requested from management; • Any job/task that direct manager assigns to you as long as it is not violation labor law 3. QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: • Minimum of 1 year of relevant driving experience. • Valid driver's license. • Good knowledge of traffic laws and road safety. • Good communication and record-keeping skills. • Reliable, punctual, and professional. 4.
