Skilled Maintenance Workers – Plumbing, Masonry, Painting & Carpentry

We are hiring experienced Skilled Maintenance Workers for a facilities maintenance project in Muscat, Oman. Vacancies are available for Plumbers, Masons, Painters, and Carpenters. Candidates may apply for one specific trade and should clearly indicate their preferred position in their application. Plumber | Mason | Painter | Carpenter Location: Muscat, Oman Industry: Facilities Maintenance Trade-Specific Key Responsibilities Plumber • Installation and repair of water-supply and drainage systems • Maintenance of pipes, valves, pumps, sanitary fixtures, and water tanks • Identification and repair of leaks and blockages Mason • Blockwork, plastering, tiling, concrete repair, and minor civil works • Repair of walls, floors, and damaged surfaces Painter • Interior and exterior painting • Surface preparation, sanding, putty application, and touch-up work • Knowledge of different paint types and application methods Carpenter • Repair and installation of doors, cabinets, partitions, ceilings, and furniture • Ability to work with wood, laminates, and standard carpentry tools General Requirements • Relevant trade certification or technical training is preferred. • At least 5 years of relevant maintenance experience. • Experience in airports, catering facilities, hotels, hospitals, commercial buildings, facilities management, or industrial environments is an advantage. • Able to perform preventive and corrective maintenance. • Familiar with workplace safety procedures and the proper use of tools and equipment. • Able to work independently and respond to urgent maintenance requests. • Willing to work according to the project’s required schedule.
