Growth & Brand Marketing Manager

About Bodytree Established in Abu Dhabi in 2007, Bodytree is one of the city’s longest-running premium wellness studios, with Reformer Pilates at its core alongside yoga, strength training, and holistic wellness. Known for top-notch training, refined aesthetics, and a strong community, Bodytree delivers a high-quality client experience across every digital and in-studio touchpoint. We are now entering a major expansion phase, and we’re building the team to scale with us. About The Role We are looking for a hands-on, independent, and versatile Growth & Brand Marketing Manager with experience to drive our digital growth. You will own the marketing plan and the full funnel — acquisition through paid, retention and loyalty through CRM and lifecycle — to drive bookings, memberships, and repeat visits. You will turn the company's priorities into campaigns, brief our external agency partner, and judge their work against our brand guide. The agency and the studio team create the content; you decide what gets made and posted. You will turn channel and CRM data into a weekly report on intro offers, cost per new member, and referrals. You will report to the Founder and work closely with the management and the studio team. Key Responsibilities • Campaign Planning & Brand: Plan campaigns and content calendar for both studios, true to our brand guide and culture. • Agency Management: Brief our agency partner, review their work against agreed acceptance criteria, and approve it or send it back. Use AI tools to speed up briefs, copy, and variations. • Performance Marketing (acquisition): Run the weekly review of Meta (core), with TikTok and Google as needed, to drive intro offers and memberships. Own budget allocation and cost per new member. • CRM, Lifecycle, Retention & Loyalty: Own the retention engine across email, WhatsApp, and the app. Segment the client base (new, migrated, inactive, active-repeat) and run reactivation, referral, and loyalty journeys to drive repeat bookings and occupancy. • Reporting & Attribution: Maintain UTM discipline and Meta pixel tracking, and turn weekly performance into clear business recommendations. • Content, Events & In-Studio Journey: Own the content calendar and brief the studio team who post and manage our community. Support the promotion of workshops, launches, and events, and support first-visit conversion and retention moments with the studio team. What We Are Looking For • Experience: 3 to 5 years in marketing at a consumer, membership, hospitality, or retail brand, hands-on across paid, CRM, and organic. A wellness, fitness, or membership background is strongly preferred. • Agency management: You have managed an agency against a written brief and a fixed budget, and you have sent work back. • Mindset: A strong sense of ownership, proactive and comfortable driving things forward independently, and at ease working with written decision rights. • Communication: Clear UK English, in writing and in person, and confident in managing various stakeholders: the Founder, the CEO, the studio team, and partners. • Commercial: You think in bookings, occupancy, and retention, care as much about keeping clients as winning them, and turn numbers into decisions rather than reports. You can read Meta Ads Manager well enough to challenge an agency on cost per lead and cost per acquisition. • Premium sensibility: You have taste and you can judge creative and messaging against a refined, premium wellness brand. • Tools & execution: You use AI tools in your daily work, at minimum Claude, for briefs, copy, campaign planning, analysis, and checking agency output against our brand guide. Assets featuring our instructors and clients stay real, and every AI-assisted asset is approved by a person before it goes live. Experience with Mariana Tek, Mindbody, or Xplor Growth is a plus. What We Offer • Competitive salary package • Employment visa sponsored by Bodytree • Medical health insurance according to company policy • A visible, high-impact role shaping Bodytree’s wellness experience strategy • A collaborative, passionate, wellness-driven team environment • Opportunities to grow with a fast-expanding premium wellness brand Ready to join the Bodytree team?
