Fleet Operations Specialist

Responsibilities: • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date fleet database, recording all vehicle changes, transfers, handovers, and disposals promptly. • Process and track all fleet transactions, ensuring proper approvals, supporting documents, and timely closure. • Monitor fuel usage, fuel chips/cards, and consumption reports, identifying unusual usage and resolving related issues. • Track vehicle readiness, maintenance, and repair status, coordinating with workshops to return vehicles to service quickly. • Monitor and renew all vehicle legal and regulatory documents, including Istimara, insurance, MVPI, operating cards, and traffic violations. • Ensure fleet compliance with company policies and Saudi regulations, while preparing accurate reports, analyzing fleet data, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and providing management with clear recommendations.
