Sales Merchandiser - Perfume/Retail

• Sales Merchandiser • Location: UAE • Function: Sales / Retail / Merchandising • Employment Type: Full-Time We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Merchandiser to support product visibility, availability, sales performance, and in-store execution across assigned retail outlets. Key Responsibilities • Visit assigned retail outlets as per route plan. • Ensure products are properly displayed, stocked, and positioned according to merchandising standards. • Monitor product availability and avoid out-of-stock situations. • Arrange shelves, promotional displays, and point-of-sale materials. • Check pricing, product labels, expiry dates, and stock rotation. • Coordinate with store staff and supervisors on stock replenishment. • Support sales by promoting products and engaging with customers when required. • Track competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and product placement. • Maintain daily sales and merchandising reports. • Ensure promotional campaigns are implemented correctly in stores. • Build good relationships with store managers and retail staff. • Report stock issues, damages, and market feedback to the sales team. • Support achievement of sales and distribution targets. Requirements • Experience in Sales / Merchandising / Retail / FMCG preferred. • Good understanding of retail store operations and product displays. • Strong communication and customer-handling skills. • Ability to manage multiple outlets and follow route plans. • Good reporting and follow-up skills. • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and mobile reporting applications. • UAE retail / merchandising experience preferred. • UAE driving licence is an advantage if travel between outlets is required.
