This commitment has made Design Design LLC one of the leading interior design firms in the region. Role Description The Project Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. This role oversees interior design projects from initiation to completion, managing schedules, budgets, and quality standards to ensure successful delivery. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with design teams, contractors, vendors, and clients; monitoring progress and resolving issues; and ensuring that detailed specifications and design concepts are executed as planned. The Project Manager tracks project milestones, prepares status reports, and implements risk mitigation strategies to keep projects on time and within scope. The role also involves supporting cost control, supervising procurement and logistics activities related to project materials, and maintaining clear communication among all stakeholders. Qualifications • Demonstrated experience in Project Management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of design or construction projects. • Skills in Expediting and working as an Expeditor to ensure timely delivery of materials, services, and documentation. • Experience with Inspection processes to verify work quality, compliance with specifications, and adherence to safety standards. • Proficiency in Logistics Management to coordinate shipments, storage, and on-site delivery of project materials. • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, interior design, construction management, or a related field. • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy. • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate in a multicultural environment. • Proficiency in project management tools and software; experience with scheduling and reporting systems is an advantage. • Prior experience in interior design, fit-out, or construction projects in the GCC region is preferred.
