Project Manager

We're looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our organization in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will oversee the pre-contract design phase of projects, ensuring seamless coordination between design teams, stakeholders, and consultants. You will be responsible for managing timelines, budgets, and resources while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to make decisive decisions in a fast-paced environment. Coordinate and manage all design phase activities from project initiation through pre-contract completion Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets for design phases, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal teams, clients, consultants, and external stakeholders Conduct design reviews and quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as needed Monitor project performance against established KPIs and provide regular status reports to senior management Manage design consultant contracts, scope of work, and deliverables Maintain detailed project documentation, including design specifications, meeting minutes, and compliance records Customize project management processes to align with client requirements and organizational standards Coordinate with procurement and finance teams to manage design-related budgets and expenditures Ensure adherence to local UAE regulations and industry best practices throughout the design phase

Minimum 5 years of project management experience Bachelors degree in built environment subject. International Accreditation (MIStructeE/MICE /RIBA /AIA/PMP or equivalent preferred). Proven expertise in managing design projects within the construction, real estate, or engineering sectors Strong proficiency with project management tools and software (Microsoft Project, Primavera, or equivalent) Advanced knowledge of design processes, methodologies, and industry standards Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex project variables Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification  Experience working in the UAE or Middle East market  Knowledge of local UAE building codes, regulations, and approval processes
