Account Manager - Marketing

The role As Account Manager - Marketing, you will be the main day-to-day contact for a portfolio of clients, turning their goals into clear direction for our creative, content and media team and making sure work is delivered on time, on brief and to a standard we are proud of. What you will do • Own the day-to-day relationship across a portfolio of client accounts • Lead briefings with your team, translating client objectives into clear, actionable briefs for creative, content and media • Run kick-off and status meetings, keeping clients and the internal team aligned • Manage timelines, deliverables and client approvals through our workflow tools (e.g. Sprout Social, ClickUp) • Prepare and present monthly performance reports with clear insights and next steps • Monitor scope and budgets, flag out-of-scope requests and raise change orders • Identify growth opportunities within your accounts and support renewals • Keep accounts organised with contact reports, status trackers and handover notes What you bring • 3+ years of account management experience in a creative, digital or social media agency in the UAE or wider GCC • Proven experience managing several clients at once, including senior stakeholders • Solid understanding of social media, content production, paid social and campaign metrics • Excellent written and spoken English, with confident presentation skills • Strong organisation and time management; comfortable with tight deadlines and multiple priorities • Working knowledge of project management and social publishing tools • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field, or equivalent experience Nice to have • Professional proficiency in written and spoken Arabic • Experience with government or semi-government clients • Experience on retail, telecom or financial services accounts • Familiarity with Sprout Social, ClickUp and Meta Business Suite What we offer • Competitive package • Annual leave in line with UAE Labour Law • A varied client portfolio across government and leading private sector brands Show more Show less
