🚀 We’re Hiring | Lead AWS Solutions Architect 📍 Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia 🏢 Work Model: Onsite We are looking for an experienced Lead AWS Solutions Architect to lead the design and delivery of secure, scalable, resilient, and cost-effective enterprise cloud solutions. 🔹 What We’re Looking For: 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience. 💼 5+ years of experience in infrastructure or solution architecture, including 2–3 years of hands-on experience designing and implementing AWS solutions. ☁️ Proven experience leading enterprise cloud migrations across applications, databases, and infrastructure, from discovery and assessment through production cutover. 🏗️ Strong experience designing AWS landing zones, multi-account environments, governance frameworks, and security controls. 👥 Demonstrated technical leadership across complex projects, collaborating with business stakeholders, security teams, delivery teams, and vendors. ⚙️ Technical Expertise: • Strong knowledge of core AWS services, including EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, Elastic Load Balancing, Route 53, and CloudWatch. • Expertise in cloud networking, hybrid connectivity, IAM, encryption, and secure architecture design. • Experience designing highly available solutions and disaster recovery strategies against defined recovery objectives. • Strong understanding and application of the AWS Well-Architected Framework, balancing security, reliability, performance, operational efficiency, and cost. • Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and/or AWS CloudFormation. • Experience supporting DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, monitoring, and operational readiness. • Ability to produce clear architecture diagrams, design documents, migration plans, technical standards, and implementation guidance. • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex architectural and implementation challenges. 🤝 Leadership & Communication: • Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions and communicate architectural decisions effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Experience leading design reviews, evaluating solution options, managing technical risks, and guiding delivery teams through implementation. • Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, mentoring, and vendor coordination skills. ⭐ Preferred Qualifications: • AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional • Relevant AWS specialty certifications in Security or Networking • Experience with container platforms, serverless architectures, and application modernization • Experience delivering cloud solutions within large enterprises or regulated environments Show more Show less
