The successful candidate will contribute to a consistent customer experience while helping the wider team identify recurring issues, improve response quality, and protect long-term customer trust. The position is based in Dubai and supports an active, service-led operating environment. About the Role The Customer Service Executive owns the quality and timeliness of day-to-day customer interactions. Through calls, messages, email, and internal coordination, you will understand customer needs, provide accurate information, track requests, and ensure commitments progress to closure. You will maintain reliable records in relevant systems, coordinate with operational teams when issues require action, and escalate risks before they affect customer satisfaction. The role combines responsiveness with disciplined follow-through: success means customers receive clear answers, internal teams have the context needed to act, and recurring issues become visible for improvement. You will represent the organization professionally, manage competing priorities, and contribute to a dependable service experience across the customer journey. Key Responsibilities • Own customer enquiries from receipt through closure, using approved service channels and tracking systems to provide timely responses, accurate information, and a dependable customer experience. • Maintain complete and accurate customer records, requests, commitments, and follow-ups so internal teams can act with the right context and service performance remains visible. • Coordinate with sales, operations, logistics, or other internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues, protect promised timelines, and prevent avoidable delays or repeat contacts. • Identify urgent, complex, or sensitive cases and escalate them through the correct process, reducing customer impact while preserving clear accountability for next steps. • Monitor open requests and follow-up commitments, using structured trackers or customer service systems to ensure no important enquiry remains unresolved or uncommunicated. • Capture recurring questions, complaints, and process gaps, turning customer feedback into practical insights that support better response quality and operational improvements. • Represent the organization with professionalism and empathy across every interaction, strengthening trust while balancing customer needs with approved policies and business requirements. Essential Skills & Technologies • Strong spoken and written English, active listening, and professional communication skills, with the ability to explain information clearly and adapt tone to different customer situations. • Practical customer service capability, including enquiry handling, issue resolution, follow-up discipline, prioritization, and calm management of high-volume or time-sensitive requests. • Comfortable using email, office productivity tools, spreadsheets, and customer relationship or ticketing systems to record information accurately and manage service workflows. Additional Plus • Experience in retail, wholesale, distribution, or another commercially active environment where order accuracy, coordination, and timely customer communication influence business outcomes. • Familiarity with CRM, ticketing, order-management, or ERP systems and the ability to learn new workflows quickly while maintaining high-quality records. • Knowledge of service metrics, complaint categorization, customer feedback analysis, or basic process improvement would support stronger contribution in the role. What You'll Bring • You will bring a customer-first mindset grounded in ownership, accuracy, and follow-through. You can listen carefully, understand the real issue behind an enquiry, and provide a clear response without overpromising. • You communicate professionally across phone, email, and messaging channels, adjusting your approach for customers with different expectations and levels of urgency. You are organized enough to manage multiple open requests, record details accurately, and keep commitments visible until they are completed. • You are also comfortable coordinating with colleagues, asking focused questions, and escalating matters when a decision or operational action is required. A calm, constructive approach will help you handle complaints and pressure while protecting the customer relationship. • You should be confident using standard digital tools and willing to learn the organization’s systems, policies, products, and processes quickly. Most importantly, you will take personal responsibility for service quality: you will not simply pass issues along, but will track progress, communicate changes, and help ensure customers receive dependable outcomes. Why Join Us • Join a customer-focused team where your responsiveness, accuracy, and follow-through directly shape customer trust and contribute to stronger business performance. • Build practical experience across customer service, internal coordination, systems, and commercial operations while working in a fast-moving environment with varied customer needs. • Contribute beyond individual transactions by surfacing recurring issues and helping improve the processes, information, and service standards that support the wider organization.
